Q: How do I get all-inclusive at the resort/how much does it cost?
A: When you reserve through us we will send you a email with all of the information about fees such as all-inclusive.

Q: Am I required to purchase an All-Inclusive package?
A: When you book a Luxury Suite or Villa, you will have a full kitchen. In this case, you will not be required to purchase an All-Inclusive plan. However, if you book a Junior Suite, the All-Inclusive plan is required. Keep in mind that the restaurants and bars at the resort are exclusively for All-Inclusive guests and do not accept cash or cards for payment.

Q: What is included in the All-Inclusive plans?
A: All meals, All Drinks (alcoholic as well as non-alcoholic) and beach/pool snacks are included in the all-inclusive plans. You have access to 10+ restaurants and bars

Q: Do you provide transportation to and from the airport?
A: All Members and guests of members (if you reserve from our website, you are a guest of a member) are provided with transportation to and from the closest airport.
Q: How do I get to Puerto Plata?
A: Puerto Plata is served by 2 international airports. POP is the Puerto Plata airport and is around 30 minutes from the resort. STI Airport is around 90 minutes away. STI is typically a little less expensive, however, if you arrive at POP you will save a good bit of time and your transportation to and from POP is FREE
Q: What are the busiest times of the year at the resort?
A: The busiest time periods at the resort are Christmas and New Years, Presidents week, Easter, July 4 and Thanksgiving. We always recommend that should you wish to vacation during these busy times, book no less than 6 months in advance.

Q: I don’t like crowds! When is the resort a little less busy?
A: The slowest months at the resort are September, October, and the first two weeks of December, this is a lovely time to travel if you like a slower pace and fewer people!

Q: When is the rainy season?
A: We usually have the most rainfall from October until mid- March, but there is also plenty of sun during this time and it is always nice and hot in the Dominican Republic. The hottest months of the year are July, August, and September.

Q: I have young children do you provide babysitting services?
A: You can organize this by emailing info@lhvcresorts.com – 48 hours notice must be given.

Q: Is WI-FI is free?
A: WI-FI is available free of charge in ALL VIP areas, should you need WI-FI in your accommodation this is available for purchase in resort.

Q: Are pets allowed in LHVC locations?
A: Pets of any kind are not allowed.

Q: Where can I shop for souvenirs?
A: There are 2 gift shops – located in Cofresi Palm reception and Tropical reception.

Q: Is the Domincan Republic safe to visit?
A: Like all places you may travel, there will always be safety considerations. The Lifestyles Resort is a very safe and secure place to bring your family for a relaxing holiday. The local people are very dependent on tourism for their livelihoods. We have never had any issues in the resort or in the local towns.
